CONFERENCE POSTER
PROCEEDINGS
ON-LINE
PROCEEDINGS
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROCEEDINGS CONTRIBUTIONS. THE
DEADLINE HAS PASSED AND ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
The Proceedings of SUSY06 will be published by the American Institute
of Physics. All contributions will be included in an elegant
hardcover volume and made available on-line at the AIP
Conference Proceedings website.
Proceedings contributions are due 31 OCTOBER 2006. This is a hard
deadline -- the AIP requires timely publication of proceedings, and
this date is fixed by the publishing contract. Please plan to submit
your contribution by this deadline so that it may be included.
The proceedings will be published in 6x9 inch format with black and
white figures and the following page limits:
- 8 pages for plenary talks (morning and evening talks)
- 4 pages for parallel talks (afternoon talks)
The full set of instructions for authors may be found at the AIP Author
Webpage. For most authors, the following subset of instructions
will be sufficient:
- Complete the AIP
Transfer of Copyright Agreement and fax it, with "Attn: Jonathan
Feng," to +1-949-824-2174 (preferred) or send it by postal mail to
Jonathan Feng, Department of Physics and Astronomy, 4129 Frederick
Reines Hall, University of California, Irvine, CA 92697-4576, USA.
- Download the latex macros either
uuencoded,
zipped,
or as individual files.
- Rename template-6s.tex to lastname_firstname.tex. Following the
Author
Instructions, edit this .tex file to create your proceedings
contribution.
- Send the resulting camera-ready lastname_firstname.ps (preferred)
or lastname_firstname.pdf file as an attachment to susy06 [at] uci.edu
with the subject "proceedings lastname_firstname". All figures should
be embedded, and all references correctly cross-listed (latex the .tex
file several times). In addition, you may attach
lastname_firstname.tex and accompanying figure files, but these are
not required.
In some cases, signed permission forms are also required (see pages
3-4 of Author
Instructions). For further information regarding permissions,
offprint orders, MS Word templates, FAQs, and other details, see the
AIP
Author Webpage. The following information is required for some of
the forms mentioned above:
- Conference Title: SUSY06, the 14th International Conference on
Supersymmetry and the Unification of Fundamental Interactions
- Editor: Jonathan L. Feng
- Proposed Publication Date: 1 January 2007
Authors are, of course, also encouraged to submit their contribution
to arXiv.org. If you do so, to help with uniform indexing, please
include the following in the Comments field: "to appear in Proceedings
of SUSY06, the 14th International Conference on Supersymmetry and the
Unification of Fundamental Interactions, UC Irvine, California, 12-17
June 2006".
Thank you for your contributions! Questions? Email susy06 [at]
uci.edu.
