IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION
- 1 May 2006: Last day for on-line Standard Registration ($350)
- 15 May 2006: Last day for hotel reservations at special conference
rate ($100+tax per night); after this date, rooms are subject to rate
and availability
- 8 June 2006: Last day for on-line Late Registration ($425); last
day for companion excursion reservations
- 12 June 2006: On-site Registration opens ($475); conference begins
at 9 am
- 17 June 2006: Conference ends at 1 pm
Grants in the range of $100 to $200 are available to partially offset
the registration costs of junior participants (students and postdocs).
To be eligible, junior participants should register, pay the full
registration fee by May 1, and note their eligibility on the on-line
registration form. Those awarded grants will be notified and receive
their awards at the conference. The number of grants is limited.
They will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, based on the
date of registration or talk submission, whichever is earlier.
Junior participants are strongly encouraged to register and/or submit
talks as soon as possible before these funds are depleted.
UPDATE: All eligible junior participants who registered or submitted a
talk on or before April 9 will receive a grant. As noted above, to be
eligible, participants must pay the full registration fee by May 1 and
note their eligibility on the on-line registration form. All
recipients will receive an email in late May with the exact amount of
each grant and other details.
